ADB maintains a fleet of Ditch Witch 3020 and 4020 All Terrain (AT) boring machines to accommodate productive and consistent underground boring through all types of soil conditions including solid rock. The innovative multi-wheel boring head on these machines spins with three cutting surfaces independent of the boring rods to cut through the most difficult of underground rock conditions. The large size of the AT boring machines makes this fleet of equipment ideal for other long and difficult bores other than purely rock soil conditions such as bores under major highways and under creeks and rivers. The companion mud re-claimer working in tandem with the AT boring equipment allows for re-use of bore chemicals during the boring process. This process makes the use of AT boring equipment environmentally friendly in addition to effectively efficient with less haul-off of spoils and chemicals.
